Arrange in correct order resignation of an auditor-

1. The auditor shall indicate the reasons & facts relevant with regards to its resignation.

2. If auditor does not comply with provision then punishable with fine of 50000 to 5 Lakhs.

3. In case of GC, the auditor shall file such statement with CAG, company and ROC.

4. Auditor shall file a statement in ADT 3 within 30 days with co. & ROCA
