The number of persons who attended before S is the same as the number of persons who attended the meeting after the one who visited Russia. U attended immediately after the one who visited China. U neither visited Japan nor the Netherlands. R attended on an odd number date but after P. T neither visited Russia nor Japan. Q attended immediately before the one who visited France.
