T. N. Manoharan, eminent chartered accountant, former President of ICAI, ex-Chairman of Canara Bank, and Chairman of IDBI Bank, passed away on July 30, 2025, in Mumbai following a massive heart attack.

A Padma Shri awardee, he was widely respected for his contributions to banking, finance, and corporate governance.
