India’s Aditi Ashok capped off her golf season with the title at the Andalucia Open 2023 in Spain.. This was the fifth Ladies European Tour (LET) crown for the two-time Olympian and second of the season.

• The Indian golfer carded a 17-under 271 (69-68-68-66) to win the golf event by two shots ahead of the Netherlands’ Anne Van Dam, who carded a15-under. 
• The 25-year-old Aditi Ashok was tied second after three days. She hit just one birdie in the front nine on the final day but five birdies on the back nine along with a bogey-free round helped her cement her position on the top of the leaderboard. Aditi Ashok was T-10 on the opening day of the Andalucia Open.
• Aditi Ashok had also won the season-opening Kenya Ladies Open earlier this year. It was Aditi Ashok’s first LET title since winning the 2017 Fatima Bint Mubarak Ladies Open in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
