Explanation:

Let the 2 digits number be 10x+y
Sum of digits = x+y = 13 …..(i)
After inter changing the digits,
New number = 10y+x
According to the question,
10x+y - 10y+x =27
9(x-y)=27
x – y =3 ….(ii)
solving (i) and (ii)
x = 8 and y = 5
new number = 10y +x = 58
