If in company 'A', the number of female 'HR' employees is 40% of the total number of 'HR' employees in the company and in the 'Finance' department, the ratio of the number of male to female employees is 3 : 4, then the total number of male employees (HR + Finance) in company 'A', are how much more/less than the total number of employees (HR + Finance) in company 'D', if the number of male to female employees in company 'D' is 3 : 1?
