II. Y² + 16y + 63 = 0

x² – 13x – 7x + 91 = 0
x (x –13) – 7 ( x –13) = 0
(x –7) (x –13) = 0
X = 13, 7

Y² + 16y + 63 = 0
y²+9 y + 7y + 63 = 0
y =-9, -7
So, y < x.
