Renowned Padma Bhushan winning painter Laxman Pai passes away in Goa

Renowned Indian artist and painter Laxman Pai has passed away. He was 95.
The Goa-based painter was a recipient of the Padma Bhushan, India’s third highest civilian honour
Apart from this, Pai was honoured with several other prestigious awards, including Padma Shri, Nehru Award and Lalit Kala Akademi Award among others.
