  • Partnership: Implemented in collaboration with IIT Madras Pravartak Technologies Foundation, leveraging virtual after-school coaching .
  • Digital “Akkas”: Tech-trained teachers serve as digital “akkas” to coordinate online remedial sessions and bridge students, teachers, and tech teams.
  • Hybrid Model & Subjects: A hybrid teaching model focuses on core subjects—Mathematics, Science, and English—with classes held after school hours.
  • Monitoring & Assessment: A system of baseline tests, weekly micro assignments, and data analytics tracks student progress and informs tailored instruction.
  • Pilot Locations: Currently active in Chittoor and Guntur districts, with plans for state-wide rollout upon successful pilot implementation.
