A, a resident of Delhi owns a piece of land at Chandigarh. B has illegally and unauthorisedly occupied a part of A’s land. B is also residing in Delhi and carries on business at Delhi. A wants to file a suit against B for the recovery of the possession of his land. Advise him if he can file the said suit in Delhi.    (10 marks)
