A’ passed a promissory note on 10th January, 1913, payable on demand to ‘B’ and company ‘B’, ‘C’ and ‘D’. Immediately after passing of the promissory note, ‘B’ became insane. ‘D’ who was a minor attained his majority on 1st January, 1917. On 10th February, 1917 ‘D’ files a suit against ‘A’.
