Suits to declare the forgery of an instrument issued or registered shall have period of limitation as

Two Years from the date when the issue or registration becomes known to the plaintiff.

Three years from the date when the issue or registration becomes known to the plaintiff.

One Year from the date when the issue or registration becomes known to the plaintiff.

Six Months from the date when the issue or registration becomes known to the plaintiff.

Article 56 to the Schedule –
