If a trustee is stopping the beneficiary from obtaining the benefit of the trust property, then, the beneficiary

can obtain perpetual/permanent injunction against the trustee to stop him from interfering/obstructing/invading/threatening the right of the beneficiary to the trust property, that is, the right of the beneficiary to enjoy the trust property as per Section 38(3)

cannot obtain any relief of injunction

can obtain mandatory injunction against the trustee to stop him from interfering/obstructing/invading/threatening the right of the beneficiary to the trust property, that is, the right of the beneficiary to enjoy the trust property as per Section 38(3)
