Review is given under section 114, Reference under section - 113 and Revision under section 115. Review in simple words means to reconsider, to look again or to re-examine. It is judicial reexamination of the case by the same court and by the same judge. Reference means to state the case on a point of law and seek the opinion of the High Court in non appealable cases.
