According to Article 50, the state Shall take steps to;

Atticle 50 provides that the state shall take steps to separate the judiciary,from executive in public services of the state. In Union of India v. Fratibha Banerjee 1996 AIR SC 693, the SC held that- (i) Judiciary belongs to the third organ of the State and is, not subordinate to the other two wings. (ii) There' can never be a master, and servant relationship between 'a judge and the government. (iii) Independent, impartial and fearless judiciary,is our constitutional mandate
