Section 32 of Evidence Act does not speak of which of the following kind of persons:
Person who is dead
Person. who cannot be found
Person who is unwilling to give evidence
Person who has become incapable .of giving evidence
Statements, written or verbal" of relevant facts made by a person who is dead, or who cannot be found, or who has become incapable of giving evidence, or whose attendance cannot be procured without an amount of delay or expense which, under the circumstances of the case, appears to the Court unreasonable, are themselves relevant facts under the following circumstances - when it relates to his cause of death; made in the course of business; against interest of maker; gives opinion as to public right or custom, or matters of general interest,: relates to existence of relationship; .is made in will or deed relating to family affairs; in document relating to transaction mentioned in section 13, clause (a); or is made by several persons, and expresses feelings relevant to matter in question. (Section 32 Indian Evidence Act).
