According to section 15 of the Hindu Succession Act, read with Rule-1 of section 16 - the property, shall devolve firstly on the sons and daughters (including the children of any pre-deceased son or daughter) and the husband. Thus the sons and daughter are entitled to the entire property being the heirs in the first entry, and hence entitled to one-third share.
