Convict is on bail, and awarded imprisonment is not exceeding 3 years
Convict is on bail, and awarded imprisonment is not exceeding 5 years
Convict is on bail, and awarded imprisonment is not exceeding 7 years
Offence is exclusively bailable though convict is in, jail
Refer to section 389(3) (j) of the CrFC.
