Civil Procedure Code (CPC) 1908 Plaint and Written Statement

The propositions are: under Order XVIII, Rule 2 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908:-

I. A copy of the written arguments shall be furnished simultaneously to the opposite party

II. . Adjournment shall be granted generally: for the purpose of filing the written arguments

III. The 'Court cannot fix any time-limit for oral arguments 'Which of the following is correct in respect of the aforesaidprop ositiOns:-

(A)I is correct, II & III are incorrect

I & II. 'are correct, III "are incorrect

I & III are correct, II is incorrect

II & III are correct, I is incorrect'.
