Right to freedom of religion is not infringed as legislature is competent to adopt appropriate measure to evoke and foster the sentiments of national unity

Expulsion of students clearly violates the liberty of religion

Right is not infringed as it can’t be essential part of any religion

Not respecting national flag is a crime therefore no question of right arise
