A’ a surgeon, in god faith communicates to a patient his opinion that he cannot live. The patient dies in consequence of the shock.

A is guilty of the offence of murder, because the patient died in consequence of the communication and he should not have communicated such opinion.

A is guilty of no offence, because he never untended to kill the patient.

A will not be guilty of any offence, because the communication has made in good faith for the benefit of the patient.

A will be guilty for the offence of culpable homicide not amounting of murder

A will not be guilty of any offence, because the communication has made in good faith for the benefit of the patient.
