A is not entitled to claim for the services rendered.

A is entitled to claim for the services rendered if the circumstances show that he did not intend to act gratuitously.

B is liable to pay because he has enjoyed benefit from the services of A, because the circumstances show that A did not intend to act gratuitously.

B is not entitled to pay, as there was no contract between A and B.

A is not entitled to claim for the services rendered.
