    Sn = 4n2 + 3n 

    Sn-1= 4(n-1)2 + 3(n-1) 

    Tn = Sn – Sn-1 

    = 4n2 + 3n -4(n-1)2- 3(n-1) 

    = 8n -1 

    Thus , T1 = 8×1 -1 

    = 7 

    T2 = 8×2 -1 

    = 15 

    Therefore , d = T2 -T1 

    = 15-7 =8
