     Two digit numbers which is divisible by 9 are  

                9,18,27,……,90,99 

    This is in AP with a = 9 ,d = 18-9 = 9 and l = 99 

    Therefore , l = a + (n-1)d 

    99 = 9 +(n-1)×9 

    99 = 9+ 9n -9 

    Or 9n = 99 

    Or   n = 11
