Find the asymptotes of the hyperbola 2x² + 5xy + 2y²+ 4x + 5y = 0?

(2x + y + 2) = 0 and (x + 2y -1) = 0

(2x + y + 2) = 0 and (x + 2y + 1) = 0

(2x + y -2) = 0 and (x + 2y + 1) = 0

(2x -y + 2) = 0 and (x + 2y + 1) = 0

Let 2x² + 5xy + 2y² +l+ 4x + 5y + 25 = 0 be asymptotes.

This will represent two straight line so

4 l+25- 25/2 -8- 25l/4 =0

l=2

2x2 + 5xy + 2y2 + 4x + 5y + 2 = 0 are asymptotes.

(2x + y + 2) = 0 and (x + 2y + 1) = 0 are aymptotes
