    We have , n/2 [ 2a +(n-1)d ] = 2450 

    Or n/2 [ 2×2 + (n-1)×2 ] = 2450 

    Or     2n + n2 – n = 2450 

    Or       n2 + n -2450 = 0 

    Solving , we get n = 49 

    Therefore , T49 = a + 48d  

    = 2 + 49×2 

    = 2 + 96 = 98
