These vesicles on isolation have been found to be rich in all types of hydrolytic enzymesi. e., hydrolase, lipases, proteases and carbohydrases which digest carbohydrates proteins,lipids and nucleic acid at acidic pH. Lysosome organelles of mammalian cell is rich in hydrolytic enzymes.
