World Kidney Day was observed globally on 10th March this year.
World Kindey day observed globally on the second Thursday of March every year.  It is a global campaign to raise awareness about the importance of kidneys in our overall health.  It aims at reducing the frequency and impact of kidney disease and its associated problems worldwide.
The theme for this year is “Kidney Health for All – Bridge the gap to better kidney care”. World Kidney Day is a joint initiative of the International Society of Nephrology and the International Federation of Kidney Foundations.
