The annual ‘Crime India’ report is released by National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB). The report for the year 2020 was released recently.
As per the report, India recorded 1.20 lakh cases of “deaths due to negligence relating to road accidents” in 2020. Communal riots marked an increase of 96% in 2020 over the previous year.
