• The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has approved the re-appointment of Girish Chandra Chaturvedi as the part-time Chairman of ICICI Bank for a period of three years with effect from July 1, 2021.
• Mr. Chaturvedi was first sworn in as part-time chairman of ICICI Bank in 2018 for a 3-years tenure.
