Which bank has launched the Aarogyam healthcare business loan scheme for the healthcare sector ?

• The State Bank of India (SBI) has launched a new business loan scheme titled ‘Aarogyam Loan’ for the healthcare sector, with the aim to extend financial support, during the difficult times of the novel coronavirus pandemic.
• Under the Aarogyam Loan scheme, beneficiary can avail loans up to Rs. 100 crore, depending on the geographic location. The loan will be repayable in 10 years.
• The beneficiary will include entire healthcare ecosystem such as hospitals, nursing homes, diagnostic centres, pathology labs, manufacturers, suppliers, importers, logistic firms engaged in critical healthcare supply.
