Dr R S Sodhi, MD of Amul, Unanimously elected to Board of International Dairy Federation

The International Dairy Federation (IDF) has unanimously elected Dr. R S Sodhi, as its board member, to represent India.
Mr. Sodhi is the Managing Director, Gujarat Cooperative Milk Marketing Federation Ltd (GCMMF), that sells Amul branded products in India.
He was appointed on June 01, 2021, during the General Assembly of the Board, and eventually also the World Milk Day.
Headquartered at Brussels, Belgium, IDF is an international non-governmental, non-profit association to represent the global dairy sector.
IDF ensures that right policies, standards, practices and regulations monitor the production of dairy products globally.
