Dept of Fertilizers to observe Swachhta Pakhwada from 1-15th September

Union Department of Fertilizers, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, is observing Swachhta Pakhwada from 1st to 15th September 2020. All Public sector undertakings (PSUs) and other Organizations under the Department are participating in the Swachhta Abhiyan.
In the view of the COVID-19 pandemic, Swachhta Pakhwada has become more relevant.
Swachhta Pakhwada initiative was launched to bring a fortnight of intense focus on the issues and the practices of Swachhata by engaging the Government of India Ministries/Departments in their jurisdictions.
The Ministries/ Departments observing Swachhata Pakhwada are monitored closely with the help of the online monitoring system of Swachhata Samiksha.
