Explanation:

• The West Bengal Government has decided to extend leave in schools till 30th of June of this year.
• The Education Minister of the state Partha Chatterjee said that the decision has been taken in view of many schools are being used as Quarantine Centres for the migrant workers as well as many school were damaged by the cyclonic storm Amphan.
• Earlier, the State Government announced that the schools will remain closed till 10th of next month.
