IWF Chief Tamas Ajan resigned

International Weightlifting Federation (IWF) president Tamas Ajan has resigned from the post in the wake of allegations of corruption and doping violations against him.
Ajan had served the Budapest, Hungary based federation for more than four decades.
He was the Secretary General of the International Weightlifting Federation from 1975 to 2000 and had been the President of IWF from 2000 to 2020.
