Which State/UT has launched the  “Operation SHIELD” to curb the spread of the coronavirus pandemic ?

• Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has announced the launch of an initiative called “Operation SHIELD” in the capital city to curb the spread of the coronavirus pandemic.
• Here SHIELD stands for: Sealing, Home quarantine, Isolation and tracing, Essential supply, Local sanitisation, Door-to-door health checks.
• The Operation Shield will be implemented in 21 localities identified as containment zones in Delhi.
