India and the US have agreed to deploy the full strength of the bilateral partnership to resolutely and effectively combat COVID-19 pandemic.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi had a telephonic conversation with US President Donald Trump yesterday where he reiterated India’s solidarity with the US in overcoming this global crisis together.
Both leaders exchanged views on the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and its impact on the global well-being and economy. Mr Modi conveyed condolences for the loss of lives in the US, and his prayers for early recovery of those suffering from the disease.
