Explanation:

The Reserve Bank of India has launched a Special Liquidity Facility for Mutual Funds (SLF-MF) of Rs. 50,000 crore. This has been done for easing liquidity pressures on Mutual Funds in wake of COVID-19.
Under the SLF-MF, the RBI shall conduct repo operations at the fixed repo rate.
The Reserve Bank of India was established on April 1, 1935 in accordance with the provisions of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934.
Shaktikanta Das is the 25th Governor of RBI.
