Ajay Bhushan Pandey appointed as the new Finance Secretary

The current Revenue Secretary of Inda Ajay Bhushan Pandey Appointed as the new Finance Secretary by Appointments Committee of the Cabinet.
He replaced current Finance Secretary Rajiv Kumar.
He is also the chairman of Goods and Services Tax Network.
Pandey is a 1984 batch Indian Administrative Service officer of Maharashtra cadre who had earlier worked as chief executive officer of Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI).
