Khelo India Youth Games to be held in Guwahati

The Khelo India Youth Games is to be held between February 10, 2020 and February 22, 2020 in Guwahati, Assam.
The games include two categories namely under-17-year school students and under-21-year college student.
Under the event, annual scholarship of Rs 5,00,000 is given for 1000 kids to prepare them for international sporting events.
Every year national level multidisciplinary grass root level games are conducted under Khelo India Youth Games event.
Khelo India was launched by PM Modi in January 2018.
Kiren Rijiju is the Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Youth Affairs and Sports.
