Indian Navy has launched "Operation Vanilla" to provide humanitarian assistance and disaster relief at Madagascar, post devastation caused by Cyclone Diane.
The Navy has deployed its warships INS Airavat to provide all necessary assistance to the affected population of flood-hit Madagascar.
