• Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will present the Union Budget of 2020-21 in the Parliament on 1st February at 11 am.
• The Budget session of the Parliament will begin on 31st January at 11 am with the Economic Survey.
• President Ram Nath Kovind address a joint session of both Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha.
• The Cabinet Committee on Parliamentary Affairs met in New Delhi and recommended that Budget session to be convened in 2 phases.
• The 1st phase of Budget Session will be from 31st Jan to 11th Feb while the 2nd part is expected to be from 2nd March to 3rd April.
