The Court may order separate trials or make such other order as may be expedient in the interest of Justice, where —

The joinder of cause of action in one suit may embarrass the trial

The joinder of cause of action in one suit may delay the trial

Either A or B

The joinder of causes of action in one suit may embarrass or delay the trial or is otherwise inconvenient.

Order II Rule 6 CPC (otherwise inconvenient) is given under Order II Rule 6 and not under Order I Rule 2 and Order I Rule 3A CPC.
