Where the defendant resides in Pakistan, then the summon shall be sent by post to defendant together with a copy thereof for the service to —

Through Indian High Commission situated at Pakistan

Through Pakistan High Commission situated in India

Through concerning High Court in Pakistan having Jurisdiction in the place where defendant resides.

Any court in Pakistan (not being the High Court) having Jurisdiction in the place where defendant resides.
