A cross-objection under Order XLI Rule 22 of the CPC, may be raise by the respondent in the appellate court -

Within one month from the date of service of notice of day fixed for hearing the appeal, or within such further time

Up to first date of hearing

At any time before final hearing.

Within sixty days from the date of service of notice of day fixed for hearing the appeal

Order XLI Rule 22 CPC – objection has to be raised within one month from the date of service of notice of day fixed for hearing the appeal.
