The advocate general or two or more persons having an interest in the trust and having obtained the leave of the Court may institute a suit.
The advocate general or two or more persons not having an interest in the trust but after having obtained the leave of the Court may institute a suit.
The advocate general or two or more persons having an interest in the trust but without obtaining the leave of the Court also may institute a suit.
The advocate general or two or more persons neither having an interest in the trust nor having obtained the leave of the Court also may institute a suit for the general welfare of the people.
Section 92 CPC - By the Advocate-General or two or more persons having an interest in the trust and having obtained the leave of the court may institute a suit.
