The following conditions/conditions must be satisfied for the execution of cross-decrees -

To cross-decrees have been passed in separate suits.

To cross-decrees are capable of execution.

There are two existing final decrees, one in favour of decree holder and other in favour of Judgement debtor.

All the above.

Order XXI Rule 18 CPC – all the three conditions must be fulfilled to attract this rule.
