- Scandalous: Scandalous interrogatories contain content that may harm a party’s reputation or dignity unnecessarily and are thus objectionable.
- Irrelevant: These are questions that do not pertain to the matter in question and do not aid in resolving the issue, making them objectionable.
- Not bona fide: Interrogatories that are intended to harass or are not sincere in their intention to gather relevant information can be challenged.
- Correct Answer: Option 4 - All the above objections are valid grounds under Order XI, Rule 6 of CPC for opposing interrogatories.
