- Section 50 of CrPC: Requires a police officer to inform the arrested person of the grounds of arrest and the right to bail if the offense is bailable.
- Section 51 of CrPC: Relates to the search of arrested persons and their property, not about informing rights.
- Section 54 of CrPC: Deals with medical examination of the arrested person, not informing rights.
