by way of summary procedure which is co¬extensive with the civil liabilities under the personal law

by way of summary procedure which is co¬extensive with the civil liabilities under the civil law

by way of summary procedure which is not co-extensive with the civil liabilities under the personal law or civil law

both (a) and (b).
